It's the holidays, or at least it was when we recorded and published this episode. Let's throw a dinner party. On this week's episode, Mike and Tom talk about throwing a stress-free dinner party. They talk about setting your "mental mise en place" with music and atmosphere, batching out your cocktails, how to use a sous-vide setup to your advantage, what to make vs what to delegate, and how Tom wants to bring back the punch bowl.
Listen in to find out how Mike works in a conversation about Space Ghost Coast to Coast.

17- John Wang and the Queens International Night Market
Thursday Jun 28, 2018
Thursday Jun 28, 2018
Hey listeners.
Tom here.
I LOVE this episode!
We talk to John Wang who is the founder of the Queens International Night Market. John is an ex-corporate lawyer who, after traveling around the world, woke up one morning and decided that he would make a night market happen in Queens. After 2 failed Kickstarters, and a lot of red-tape, he achieved his goal. What I LOVE about John and his story is that he had a vision- to bring an AFFORDABLE, authentic, and socially conscious market to NYC- and he stuck to that vision. He is dedicated (sometimes not sleeping for 28-30 hours on weekends), passionate, and driven.
If you love food, business, entrepreneurship, and passion, please give this one a listen.
